Rootbeer Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. rootbeer concentrate
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
Frosting:
- 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 1/2 tsp. rootbeer concentrate
Directions:
Bake cookies on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. Frost and enjoy!
