Rootbeer Cookies


Rootbeer Cookies
Ingredients:
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. rootbeer concentrate
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt

Frosting:

  • 3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 2 1/2 tsp. rootbeer concentrate

Directions:

Bake cookies on a greased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies. Frost and enjoy!
