Photos from Our Wedding

My surgery has been bumped back to Friday so I have had to take it easy this week. I don't have any pictures from my wedding yet, but my photographer posted a bunch on his blog and I wanted to share them with you all. So if you'd like to take a look at some of the awesome pictures we had taken for our wedding, check out this link to our photographer's blog. He did a great job, I highly recommend him!

Oh, the Gall

I've been really behind on getting wedding pictures posted. Not just because I've been busy, but I've also been sick. Not too fun. In fact, on Saturday night around 2:30 am I woke up with horrible chest pains. I thought it was heart burn, but it felt so much worse. I went into the kitchen and had some peanut butter to see if it would help. Not even a little bit. Then I took some pepto bismol. It didn't do anything either. By 3:00 the pain was moving into my stomach, my side, and my back. I was getting really worried and thought maybe I should go to the hospital. Tyson ended up taking me to the ER at about 3:30/4ish and they hooked up up to an IV, shooting me with multiple pain relievers. It was lovely. After an ultrasound, it turns out I have an imflamed gallbladder and one really big gall stone. And now I have to get my gallbladder taken out.
I've never had surgery before so I'm nervous. I'll meet with the surgeon today at 4:00 and hopefully have the surgery tomorrow. I was actually hoping to have the surgery today, but it didn't work out. In the mean time, I'm feeling minor pain and watching closely what I eat. I can't do anything strenuous so I won't be working this week. It's frustrating, but atleast it isn't something worse.I'm just glad it didn't happen the weekend of the wedding! Wish me luck on the surgery!

We're Married!

And I'm not sick anymore - woo hoo! We were married at 12:30 today and it was absolutely wonderful. I loved being able to see so many of our friends and family there. Such a spiritual cereomony! We are about to get ready to go over to the reception, but I just wanted to let everyone know that we had a wonderful ceremony. And I've been feeling a lot better than I have the last two days. The dinner last night was also fun. I will post pictures of all the fun later.
I'm a Miller now! Crazy!!

Seriously?

I can't believe how busy I have been the last few days! And it's about to get even busier. But because I have the best luck in the world, I managed to get sick today. Two days before our wedding. Seriously?? What are the odds! I have had a head cold this week, but today has been more like the flu. My mom thinks it was from what I had for lunch today. We went through the Taco John's drive thru and I had a taco that wasn't too good. And I'm beginning to agree with her on thinking that maybe the taco made me sick. But no matter what, I'm marrying Tyson John Miller on Saturday. Nothing will stop me! Not even a case of the flu or food poisoning or whatever this is.
For now, I'd like to ask a favor of my friends and family:
Please pray for me!

We're Down to the Single Digits!

I can't believe Tyson and I are getting married in 6 days!! I am so excited I can't even stand it. It seems like yesterday I made a countdown clock for the bottom of my blog and it read 109 days. I much prefer six! I'm so happy to be so close to our big day. We're just about ready to go, and I still can't believe we pulled it together while I was in Salt Lake.

It has been a crazy couple of weeks. With the holidays and a wedding coming up, our family has been all over the place. But we've managed to get through it all. I had three showers in one week and I've also been moving my stuff over to Tyson's. It has been great! When things start slowing down I will get pictures posted of all the fun.

I've had a lot of fun being engaged, and I can't wait to be married. It is going to be so wonderful being married to Tyson. He is the man of my dreams and I love him so much.

I hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's! It was nice being able to spend mine with Tyson, my married siblings, and their spouses. Have a great day!
